With the second trial starting a week today I thought I had better do some more admin on the first trial.

I have been sent the transcripts of days 12 to 14 of the common issues trial and now posted them up on the blog.

The best way to read all this is to navigate via the Common Issues Trial Menu, which you can find here and at the top of every webpage on the blog.

I would particularly urge you to read Day 14, which is part 1 of counsel for the Post Office David Cavender QC’s demolition of the claimants’ arguments.

It is the reason why the claimants will lose, if they lose.

For some reason part 2 of Mr Cavender’s closing submission has still not been officially signed off by both parties.

If I don’t get it by Thursday I’ll post up the unamended version I was given on the day which clears the decks for the start of the second trial.
