Just a quick note to say I have firmed up some of the info in my last update.

I’ve published it on the blog here.

It’s not that thrilling – basically nothing very much is likely to happen this month. In November, however, things might get interesting.

Thanks very much to everyone who replied to the last email – some with very interesting information, some just to say hello. All correspondence is welcome, and I am sorry I don’t have much to tell you at the moment.

It’s the Litigation Doldrums, though I suspect there’s plenty of frenzied activity going on somewhere beneath the surface…
